Professional, courteous, respectful of property, efficient but not hurried and pleasant. They responded promptly to my text and showed up on time. I have a narrow dirt drive and it was no problem for them. I originally hired them to haul a washer/dryer and portable dishwasher. I was so pleased, I had them come back for truckload for other stuff. The second pick-up was as well done as the 1st!

Other reviews mentioned the word professional, and I would agree. I called, sent pictures, and got a quote, which was a reasonable one (another estimate was a bit higher). I was able to make an appointment for the next day. I was given a window of 10-1, and that morning they updated it to 11-12, and they arrived in that window. The team was efficient, courteous, and thorough, and there was no change to the estimate. One of the items was difficult to move but they managed it with some creative problem solving. I would definitely work with them again.
What a fantastic company! They will drop off the bin, you can place in your refuse, and then they will come and pick it up and haul away. Easiest transaction ever. I definitely recommend them to everyone looking to simplify and get rid of some things. Well done team!
Wow...so impressed! Prices were competitive but mostly excellent customer service! Once I confirmed my need for which size trailer I needed it was here within 25 minutes. Promptly answered all my questions even before i committed to the job. Highly recommend!!

Amazing service: on time, quick and efficient! So courteous, I was at ease with and during the service. They went above an beyond what I called them for (spa removal). Without me asking, they removed 4 metal spikes (3 ft long) used to hold fencing post. I had placed planters in front of the spikes so no one would trip over them. I actually teared when I saw the spikes removed. I had no idea how I was going to get those 3 feet in the ground spikes removed. Rich said it was a safety issue and had his crew remove them! Oh, did I mention they fixed my gate. They had to remove it to get the spa out. When they put the fence back, it got fixed. What a blessing Rich's Junk Hauling was for me!
